Key Duties and Responsibilities include
* Conduct thorough testing of incoming raw materials to maintain our commitment to purity and excellence.
* Collect and prepare samples for external analysis.
* Submit formulations to UK and EU cosmetic portals, keeping our products compliant and market-ready.
* Prepare and submit formulations and packaging for Soil Association certification, upholding our eco-friendly standards.
* Compile comprehensive technical documents for product information files, supporting transparent and reliable operations.
* Create accurate INCI listings to showcase the natural integrity of our ingredients.
* Review labels and packaging for full compliance, guaranteeing safety and accuracy for our customers.
* Generate technical label copy to enhance product presentation and regulatory adherence.
* Produce CLP labels using specialized software, streamlining our production processes.
* Lead internal audits of our Quality Management System (QMS) to drive continuous improvement.
* Perform detailed testing on finished products, ensuring every batch meets our rigorous quality benchmarks.
* Compile Certificates of Analysis and Product Specifications, providing essential documentation for our global reach.
* Champion adherence to Soil Association and GMP regulations, fostering a culture of excellence in all internal processes.
* Handle QC-related administrative tasks, including meticulous documentation for all quality testing.
* Investigate non-conformances or customer returns, recommending smart corrective actions to enhance product reliability.
* Sign off on worksheets for each production run, empowering efficient and high-standard manufacturing.
About You

* Either, A degree in Biology and/or Chemistry (highly desirable, but passion and potential are key). Or, A history of job experience in a similar field.
