People & Culture Business Partner West Haddon, Northamptonshire (NN7 6NY) Full-time | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) £42,000-£50,000 DOE We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, values-led business in the security engineering sector seeking a hands-on People & Culture Business Partner to support organisational growth. This is a true generalist role, owning the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to managers. You'll balance employment law compliance with commercial pragmatism, supporting recruitment, retention, employee relations and culture initiatives.
