Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and print
* Work with agencies and freelancers to produce on-brand content
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results
* Collaborate with merchandising to support new product launches and restocks
* Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and opportunities
* Drive customer engagement and support brand loyalty initiatives
Supporting the delivery of a clear marketing strategy and help push the brand growth
Working with the Head of Marketing, agencies, and internal teams, youll bring campaigns to life and ensure they land with impact
What Youll Bring
1. Marketing management experience, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or retail
2. Proven experience in marketing management within e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
4. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally.
5. Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comfortable analysing performance data to guide decision making.
7. Experience using project or workflow tools (e.g., Asana) is beneficial.
