Maintenance Fitter Location: Nuneaton £41,730 plus shift allowance, paid overtime and production bonus Rotative Shifts About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the reliable production of packaged materials. This position is central to maintaining operational efficiency, providing both proactive and reactive maintenance, and supporting the ongoing performance and longevity of key site assets. You will work as part of a dedicated engineering team, delivering specialist support to maximise production output while ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards.
