You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our franchise owner and an amazing team of care professionals. What you’ll do: - Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes - Ensure compliance with CQC regulations to achieve exceptional CQC inspections - Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients - Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery - Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs - Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care - Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits - Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support - Support business growth and meet commercial targets - Be willing to attend training, meetings, conferences outside of local area from time to time. Qualifications: - NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards) - Strong knowledge of CQC assessment criteria - Proven leadership in care management - Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car - Right to work full-time in the UK
