Your Role
* Lead all planning activity from pre-construction to handover.
* Create and manage robust project programmes using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.
* Collaborate with estimating, design, and site teams to produce tender programmes that win work and deliver results.
* Monitor and report on progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Develop smart sequencing strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
* Present programme updates and solutions to clients and stakeholders with confidence.

About You
* Proven track record as a Planner in construction—ideally with residential, healthcare, or care projects.
* Strong planning software skills (Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6).
* Confident communicator with a detail-driven, solution-focused approach.
* Able to work seamlessly across both pre-construction and live delivery phases.
