Your new role
As a Senior Property Lawyer, you’ll manage a varied caseload that includes residential andmercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and online auction disposals. You’ll also advise on housing growth projects, including options agreements with registered providers, and contribute to strategic discussions at board level. A key part of your role will involve supportingernance processes, such as drafting cabinet reports and ensuringpliance with statutory provisions like Section 123 of the Localernment Act 1972.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 5 years PQE, with broader experience highly desirable. Strong property law expertise across both residential andmercial sectors and a solid understanding of public sectorernance and legal frameworks. Experience working with registered providers and local authorities. Confidence working independently and managing a diverse caseload remotely.
