IFA Administrator – Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Edinburgh | Hybrid working available
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking wealth management firm in Edinburgh?
We’re partnering with a well-established financial planning practice that’s seeking a professional and proactive IFA Administrator to support their growing team.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
* Prepare and process new business, valuations, and client documentation
* Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate client records and keep systems up to date
* Assist with compliance and day-to-day office operations
? About You:
* Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
* Good understanding of financial products and processes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
* Working towards or open to studying financial services qualifications (desirable)
