We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Care Professional to join our team in Northwich, United Kingdom. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide personalised, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assist clients with their daily routines and personal care needs
* Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying
* Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients
* Support clients with medication reminders as directed
* Accompany clients to appointments or on short outings when required
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator
* Collaborate with other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Adapt to changing client needs and preferences with flexibility and understanding
Qualifications
* Previous care experience in either paid or family support roles (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical ability to assist clients with daily tasks and mobility
* Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work alternate weekends and adapt to clients' schedules
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Residence within a 10-mile distance of Northwich, United Kingdom
* Access to own motorised transport for travelling between clients
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining care records
* Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
* Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in the care sector
