About The Role
As Barback at Golf Fang, it is your role to support the bartenders throughout the shift, replenishing any consumables, equipment or stock needed. Barbacks ensure the bartenders have all they need to serve the customers, whilst keeping the bar and guest tables clean and tidy. We are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
* Support bartenders during shifts by replenishing consumables, equipment and stock
* Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with guest areas as needed
* Follow brand standards and assist with service flow
Qualifications
* Essential
* Effective communicator
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to bar structures
* Effective time management and organisation skills
Desired
* Customer service experience
* Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or entertainment environment
* Basic knowledge of bar products
Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
