We are a well-established education supply agency working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Oldham. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our supply team immediately.
There is no single fixed placement - instead, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools, gaining valuable experience in different settings.
The Role
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
2. Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
3. Assist across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
4. Provide support for pupils with additional needs where required
5. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
6. Adapt quickly to different school settings
Full-time availability is essential, although placements may vary in length (short-term, long-term, or ongoing).
Essential Requirements
7. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (required)
8. Experience working within UK primary schools
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
12. Two recent education-based references
