Are you an experienced Service Engineer in the patient handling sector looking to take your career to the next level? 🛠️ The Role
You’ll install, service, and repair specialist mobility equipment including:
* Ceiling hoists
* Height-adjustable baths and basins
* Changing couches
* Other assistive devices
You’ll work across varied environments, ensuring all work meets manufacturer and regulatory standards.
📋 Responsibilities
* Complete service and repair tasks to a high standard
* Maintain van stock and drive safely
* Communicate effectively with clients
* Record work via our ERP system (Simpro)
* Respond to emergency repairs
* Share best practices and support team training
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Fault-finding skills using electrical test meters
* Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams
* Experience with power tools and working safely at height
* Positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
* PASMA, SSSP, CITB, or IPAF certifications (training available)
* Basic IT skills and tablet use
* Full UK driving licence & Enhanced DBS
* Physically fit and able to work independently
* Experience with mobility equipment (preferred)
