The Role
In this role, you will:
* Partner with a broad range of clients to shape reward frameworks that support business priorities and workforce needs.
* Offer specialist guidance on compensation design, benefits programmes, incentive structures, and job evaluation.
* Lead or support key reward initiatives such as pay equality reviews, executive pay projects, and total reward redesign.
* Interpret benchmarking data, reward trends, and internal insights to deliver clear, informed recommendations.
* Produce high-impact deliverables including reports, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders.
* Strengthen client relationships by providing thoughtful, tailored advice across all areas of reward.
* Monitor developments in regulation, market practice, and emerging reward trends to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring

* Solid experience in reward or compensation, ideally gained in a consulting environment or a complex corporate setting.
