* Provide technical review of all commissioning documentation being processed through the T&CP within their discipline.

* Write commissioning procedures or manage their content, production and approval via the T&CP specifically the production of Commissioning Strategy and Commissioning Reports for their assigned projects.

* Review construction complete documentation to ensure that newly constructed systems are ready and safe for commissioning test activities to commence.

* The Commissioning Manager shall have a proven track record and bring extensive knowledge and experience of the process of commissioning new plant in a multi-discipline, safety-critical and highly regulated industry. Experience within the nuclear industry in particular would be desirable, but is not essential - we will also consider experience with other industries as well, process industry, oil & gas, power generation etc.

* The Commissioning Manager shall lead the project team's thinking in creating a strategic vision for the commissioning phase, and to derive from this the tangible plans of action that will ensure that the commissioning phase is executed successfully.
