Overview
Territory Sales Manager at TieTalent is a field sales role promoting a leading range of roofline building materials across the Kent, Surrey & Sussex area. You will be account managing a portfolio of national and independent merchants and specialist distributors, while winning projects from regional house builders, local developers and contractors. Territory includes Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South London. Selling: roofline building materials such as fascias, soffits, guttering, window boards and cladding. Customers include national and independent builders’ merchants, specialist distributors, regional house builders, local developers, housing associations and contractors.
Compensation
Package: circa £45k basic with an £8k OTE (paid quarterly) and an additional £5k over-achievement bonus. 25 days holiday, hybrid company car, 6% company pension, subsidised gym membership, expenses account, laptop and mobile.
Responsibilities
* A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of building plastics and roofline building materials, including fascias, soffits, guttering, window boards and cladding.
* You will inherit a successful and well-performing area, with a focus on account managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of national and independent builders’ merchants and specialist distributors.
* Delivering product training, conducting trade days and carrying out dual visits to strengthen relationships and help increase sales.
* Tracking and winning projects with regional house builders, local developers, housing associations and contractors to back-sell through your distribution network.
Qualifications
* You will already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry.
* This could have been gained from either a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, and from any discipline of construction. Light-side, heavy-side, interiors, heating & plumbing…
* As long as you are proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication skills.
