Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Research Analyst (Data) should have:
* A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or economics.
* Proven experience in conducting complex data analysis and research.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Python and R
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to interpret large datasets.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings clearly.
* Knowledge of public sector operations and policy development is advantageous.
* A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
