Job Title: Co-Educator (Primary) – Full-Time, Term Time Only – Supply

Salary: £95 - £105 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Co-Educators to support primary schools across Harlow on a supply basis. This is a full-time, term-time only role, perfect for those passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom while enjoying the flexibility of supply teaching.
As a Co-Educator, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support learning, behaviour, and pupil engagement, ensuring every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.
2. Work one-to-one and with small groups to raise attainment.
3. Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation.
4. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
5. Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
About You
6. Experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience).
7. Passionate about supporting education and child development.
8. Flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ideally holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
