The school is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to provide ad hoc and short-term support within their supportive and structured environment. The Role Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and support strategies Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs where required Adapt to the needs of individual pupils and work across different year groups if needed The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working with children with SEND (in a school or similar setting) A patient, nurturing and resilient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude and ability to use initiative Commitment to upholding high expectations for pupil progress and behaviour Why Join Us?
