We are looking for some admin support in our office. We offer our customers a white glove courier service, but we also offer a distribution service for the UK and overseas. There is no set job description so this role can be unique to you. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. However, we do need a good understanding of English and the below:-
This will initially start as around 25 hours per week week but there may be chance for more hours as the business grows.
Computer literate and great customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Team player with 'can do attitude'

Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with Xero is an advantage but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
