They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Chorley office. Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
Handling file-related queries from clients, either face-to-face or by telephone
Supporting timely and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
Previous experience within Conveyancing or Commercial Property
