Overview
We’re growing our Digital team to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive forward British Heart Foundation’s mission and income goals. As Digital CRO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in deepening engagement, expanding our marketable universe, and increasing digital conversions across the entire digital portfolio, including areas such as online donations, gift in wills, lottery and health content. You’ll be joining a collaborative team made up of specialists, analysts, and a developer, all working closely with the Digital CRO Manager to deliver and scale BHF’s experimentation programme. You’ll also work cross-functionally with the wider Digital team bringing together UX research, web analytics, and A/B testing, to optimise key customer journeys and help embed a strong test-and-learn culture across the organisation.
What you’ll do
* Design, run and analyse CRO experiments across digital products
* Identify insights from user behaviour and analytics to inform optimisation
* Collaborate with teams across Digital, Tech, Marketing and Fundraising
* Conduct CRO audits and make landing page recommendations
* Promote data-driven, customer-centric optimisation practices
About you
You’re a CRO expert with a passion for experimentation and digital performance. You bring:
* Proven experience in A/B testing, UX research, and web analytics (GA4)
* Strong understanding of digital UX, design principles, and customer behaviour
* Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, WordPress)
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau)
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Interview process
This will be a two stage interview process, first stage are planned for w/c 13th October 2025 via MS Teams. Second stage are planned for w/c 20th October at our London Office (NW1 7AW).
