This well-established financial services firm operates from two offices, offering comprehensive advice on both the IFA and mortgage sides of the business. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality service to clients and is currently seeking a Part-Time IFA Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners
* Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence
* Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management
* Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes
* Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
