We're hiring a Sales Progression Compliance Executive to join our team in Croydon.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that business targets and service standards are consistently achieved. You'll also take the lead on resolving escalated issues from the team and play a key role in overseeing and supporting the team throughout the entire conveyancing process, from instruction through to completion.
A key part of the role includes supporting stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, actions, and events, while also contributing to the development of strong internal relationships and the delivery of high-quality professional services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience with large plot sale conveyancing operations, including knowledge of audit requirements, and a strong understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance specific to shared ownership.
