Formed in April 2006 as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) we work in partnership with Sutton Council and its residents, managing over 6,000 council properties and over 1,470 leasehold properties in Sutton.

Sutton Housing Partnership is looking for a Head of Major Works Delivery to take ownership of a significant capital investment programme across its housing stock. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving performance, quality and value across major works projects typically ranging from £1m–£5m.
You’ll be leading from the front setting direction, managing delivery and making sure both residents and the organisation see real, measurable results.
In UK social housing, major works programmes are one of the biggest drivers of both resident satisfaction and long‑term asset value get it right, and you impact thousands of homes in a very real way.
