About the business
We’re a UK-based healthcare organisation delivering specialist medical and wellbeing services to individuals, clinicians and partner organisations nationwide.
Our work spans occupational health, clinical assessments and professional medical services, and we’re focused on making healthcare accessible, professional and clearly communicated.
As the organisation continues to grow, so does the need for high-quality digital content that helps people understand our services, our expertise and how to engage with us.
The role
We’re looking for an Apprentice Content Producer to support the creation, delivery and management of digital content across our platforms.
This is an entry-level role for someone interested in content, video and digital media, and curious about how content is produced and managed within a professional, regulated environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to support media handling, social content production and live or near-live digital content, while completing a Broadcast Media Level 3 apprenticeship alongside the role.
What you’ll be doing
Media handling & delivery
* Supporting the organisation, preparation and management of video and media assets
* Processing long-form content (recorded events, interviews, webinars, podcasts) into formats suitable for different platforms
* Ensuring files are correctly formatted, labelled, stored and ready for delivery
* Learning how different platforms handle media and adapting outputs accordingly
Social & content production
* Creating and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
* Writing captions and supporting creative ideas for social content
* Helping maintain a consistent content schedule across channels
* Supporting brand tone, accuracy and creative quality across all outputs
Live & near-live content support
* Assisting with the setup and delivery of live or recorded digital content (e.g. webinars, virtual events, internal or external broadcasts)
* Carrying out basic technical checks and system monitoring (audio, video, captions, uploads) before content goes live
* Supporting post-event processing and redistribution of content
Monitoring & performance
* Monitoring content delivery across platforms to ensure it publishes and plays correctly
* Identifying and escalating technical issues (quality, upload failures, playback or platform errors)
* Supporting basic reporting on content performance and delivery outcomes
* Learning how analytics can be used to improve future media delivery and workflows
Learning & development
* Completing apprenticeship training and assessments as part of the programme
* Building confidence in both creative production and technical media processes
* Developing an understanding of digital media workflows and service delivery
What we’re looking for
You don’t need formal experience, we’re more interested in attitude and interest .
You might be a good fit if you:
* Are interested in social media, video and digital content
* Enjoy being creative but are also curious about how things work technically
* Like learning new tools, platforms and processes
* Are organised and pay attention to detail
* Are open to feedback and keen to develop new skills
Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editing apps is a bonus, but not essential.
What you’ll gain
* Hands-on experience producing and delivering real digital media content
* Exposure to live and on-demand media workflows
* A mix of creative and technical skills that reflect how modern organisations work
* A recognised Broadcast Media Level 3 apprenticeship qualification
* Support, training and mentoring throughout the programme
