The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Financial Lines team and play a key role in growing our SME Cyber portfolio. What You'll Do Support the growth and development of our SME Cyber book within Financial Lines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industries. Communicate confidently and effectively with businesses of all sizes. Work closely with the FLG Regions team to deliver outstanding service and achieve growth targets. Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your expertise in cyber and tech risks. What We're Looking For Experience: Ideally 2 years in insurance (any discipline), but we’re also open to graduates or individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven by growth. Skills: Excellent phone presence, confident communicator, and a natural relationship builder with a ‘can-do’ approach. Interest: Genuine curiosity about cyber and technology, and a desire to learn.
