Belmont Recruitment - Criminal Justice Recovery Worker
Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced criminal justice recovery workers to join a private charity in the West Midlands. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of substance misuse, particularly opiates, as the role involves working predominantly with court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment clients, as well as clients referred from criminal justice partners such as prisons or probation.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of clients
2. Conduct personalised and risk assessments
3. Perform triages and 1-1 work
4. Facilitate group work sessions
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including probation officers, prison staff, police, court staff, and clinical teams both in-house and external
Details:
* Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours)
* Days: Monday - Friday
* Contract: 3 to 6 months, with potential for ongoing employment
* Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour
