A growing UK-based organisation is looking to appoint an experienced IT leader to take responsibility for its IT services and support the next phase of digital and operational change. The role will focus on strengthening day-to-day IT service delivery, improving core IT service foundations, and acting as the main point of contact between the UK business, group IT teams, and external suppliers. The role carries a high degree of autonomy, acting as the central point of ownership for IT services within the UK. This role offers the chance to take a leading role in evolving the organisation’s IT capability, moving from foundational IT services to a more mature, scalable capability, with scope to influence structure, priorities, and team growth.
