Trinity High School are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. This is a vital role in supporting the integrity and smooth running of our examinations. You will be responsible for ensuring that exam conditions are maintained and that students are given the best possible environment to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
* Set up exam rooms in accordance with exam board regulations
* Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
* Supervise students during exams, ensuring compliance with rules
* Provide assistant to students in accordance with exam protocols
* Report any incidents or irregularities to the Exams Officer
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Essential attributes:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Punctual and reliable
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of students
Desirable:
* Previous experience in an educational or supervisory role
* Familiarity with exam procedures (training will be provided)
