Position: Senior Assistant Manager
As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead and develop a team, driving operational excellence to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring standards are met consistently. Your responsibility is to ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and efficient experience.

What We Are Looking For
* Previous leadership experience, preferably in Hospitality or Retail industries.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and financial management principles.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
