Overview
Do you have experience with Purchase Ledger? Keen eye for detail? Do you have a background as an Accounts Assistant?
As the Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant, you will be working full time, Monday- Friday for a long-established company who have been around for many years. Based on the outskirts of Lincoln, you will need to have your own transport to get there.
It is essential to have strong experience using SAP and be confident using it to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
* The timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, payments and any other authorised transaction into the accounts payable ledger
* Match invoices to purchase orders/GRNI where appropriate
* Maintain supplier accounts on SAP
* Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts on SAP
* Process daily banking
* Post daily bank statement
* Reconcile Petty Cash
Additional information
Alongside many other duties, you will also carry strong PC skills and the ability to work under pressure.
This is a temporary role to begin with but could lead into a permanent position and you will need to be available to start work immediately.
