The RoleAs Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver high-qualitypliance services. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Preparing annual financial statements (statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnerships, sole traders)
2. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
3. Managing and mentoring junior team members
4. Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless client experience
5. Ensuring all work meets deadlines and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
6. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
7. Strong practice background, ideally in business outsourcing or accountspliance
8. Solid understanding of UK GAAP and proficiency with accounting software
9. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
10. A proactive, client-focused mindset with amitment to quality
