Working hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00 with 45min break), Friday (08:00 - 16:00 with 30min break)

Overall objectives
We seek to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join our busy and expanding team. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a commercial mindset and can-do attitude. The successful candidate will report to Senior Management and Operational staff, ensuring administrative efficiency. Key responsibilities
1. Contracts & Operational Support
o Managing squad reports and timesheets for operational staff
o Assisting in daily programme preparation
o Tracking van times and recording operative hours
o Sourcing utility mark-up information for projects
o Processing sales invoices and payment applications
o Supporting ongoing and new tenders (printing, signing documents)
2. Administrative Support & Office Management
o Providing administrative support to Directors and Staff
o Maintaining filing systems and office equipment
o Handling correspondence and calls
o Arranging mail, photocopying, scanning
o Managing stock levels for supplies
o Reception duties (deliveries, visitors)
o Assisting with internal catering/hospitality
Essential criteria
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, digital platforms)

* Client relationship awareness
