As Cluster Director of Sales, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success. Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotel. Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate. Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver What You Will Need: Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a similar position in hotels Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team Effective communicator Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, be able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends Excellent organisation and planning skills Sales focused and results driven About us Dalata Hotel Group – We bring the heart of hospitality to every hotel we own and operate.
