Are you ready to make your mark with one of the most exciting new QSR franchises in the UK? With strong roots in Asia and rapid expansion underway across the UK, we're looking for a hands-on, multi-tasking Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a newly created role a rare opportunity to take full ownership and shape the operational foundation of a brand destined for national success. Youll oversee 6 current sites and help launch an additional 8 locations over the next year and report to the Operastion Director.
The Role:
As Operational Excellence Manager, you will be instrumental in driving consistency, performance, and profitability across all sites. Youll be empowered to build and implement the companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the ground up a blank canvas with full backing from leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR sites, ensuring brand standards are met
* Create and roll out company-wide SOPs to drive efficiency and profitability
* Conduct site audits and ensure health & safety compliance across all locations
* Lead and develop comprehensive training programs for site managers and teams
* Monitor and improve menu costing, food margins, and operational KPIs
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth strategies
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in a multi-site QSR or franchised fast casual environment
* Hands-on, energetic leader with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Deep knowledge of health & safety, operational best practices, and cost control
* A standout personality approachable, inspiring, and team-focused
* Comfortable with nationwide travel and immediate availability
