Our Sidcup gym is a GLO (Goldex Ladies Only) site - an empowering environment, which opened its doors in April 2024 and has been a roaring success. We are looking for an energetic Level 2 Level 3 qualified instructor who has a passion for fitness and a drive to help people improve their wellbeing! Overview : We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable Gym Team Members/Personal Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will: Form part of an energetic and hard-working team; Welcome ladies into the gym and interact with members on the gym floor to build rapport; Manage sign-ups and membership administration using our gym software (Gymflow); Assist with outreach and play an active part in recruiting new members e.g. promote gym facilities, services and promotions; Daily/weekly cleaning schedule; Lead inductions for new gym members to ensure safe use of machines; Active role in leading studio classes and personal training; Complete health and medical screenings for new personal training clients; Stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques.
