About the role
Lead the Future of Careers & Industry Collaboration at EFI Group!
Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures: Careers & Industry Collaboration team. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Industry Collaboration service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and Higher Education students.
You’ll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group’s goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth.
About you
Qualifications: Specialist qualification in related subject area or equivalent experience and commitment to CPD
Experience: Experience in enrichment, careers, employability, recruitment, or HR within the Fashion Retail, Design, or Beauty Management industries, or another comparable sector.
Expertise: Proven team management and strategic leadership experience with expertise in strategic planning and operational management.
Skills: Ability to build trust quickly and establish effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:
From £48,150 to £54,150 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
