We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Direct Sales Executive for our client, who is a leading UK supplier of industrial components, tools, and consumables as they expand their sales team. We're looking for a personable, proactive Sales individuals who thrive on building genuine relationships and turning warm leads into loyal customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with warm leads and inbound inquiries across multiple sectors
Building rapport with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Using CRM data and performance metrics to optimise follow-ups and deepen customer engagement
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
* A natural ability to connect with people and build trust over the phone
* A consultative approach to sales, with a focus on listening and problem solving
* Confidence in using data to refine your outreach and improve conversion rates
* Experience in B2B sales or industrial supplies is a plus however, we value attitude over background

Salary: £26K base + £5K OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
