What does the role of Lead Care Practitioner involve?
As a Lead Care Practitioner you will manage a small team of Support Worker's ensuring each shift runs smoothly and effectively.
You will be responsible for conducting and properly recording regular supervisions for all team members in accordance with current guidelines.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years right to work in the UK due to training and continuity of care requirements.

Required Criteria
* Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties
* A natural respect for the dignity and individuality of each resident and an ability to promote these values within your team of staff
* A valid current driving licence
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience of managing a small team of staff and delegation of workload
* Previous experience of good supervision and supervision training.
* Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent

Working an average of 37.5 hours per week - 7.15am - 9.45pm on a 2 on 4 off rota.
