About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team at Waterloo Lodge School. As an Art Teacher, you will deliver lessons according to students' educational needs, maximizing achievement and development.
This is a great opportunity for a teacher eager to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be both challenging and rewarding, supporting pupils who require extra assistance in a school that maintains a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.
We seek an Art Teacher to support and motivate some of our most troubled and reluctant learners, working closely with our Teachers and Senior Teacher to empower vulnerable pupils to be happy and to make their way in the world.
Applicants should be experienced in SEN or mainstream education, forward-thinking, engaging, resilient, and innovative in mentoring, motivated by supporting families and helping pupils reach their potential.
