Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to head our new team. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating your team, leading by example, and setting a high standard to drive sales and customer retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, enabling them to build rapport with both their team and customers. They will also need to be target-driven, with the ability to encourage their team to reach their KPIs.
Duties
* Implementing regular layout changes, making justifiable decisions to exhibit a high standard of visual merchandising.
* Managing loss prevention, controlling inventory and replenishment.
* Provide expert advice on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Motivate team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
* Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Retail Management is essential.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational abilities combined with common sense, and business acumen to manage and prioritise a high task load.
* A proactive drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, with occasional overtime during busy periods. You will need to be available to work between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays for the majority of the year, with extended opening hours over the Christmas period / special launches.
Salary base level: £30,160 (appox)
Including OTE: £33,280 (approx)
