About You
Are you someone who truly enjoys making a difference in others' lives? Do you have a calm, caring, and resilient nature that helps you thrive in challenging situations? If so, we want to hear from you
We're looking for individuals to join our colleague team who can stay calm under pressure, who are enthusiastic and take a proactive approach, and handle behaviours that others might find challenging. If you have a manual UK driving license and are comfortable driving alternative vehicles, you're exactly who we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Positive Behaviour Casual Support Worker, You'll Be More Than Just Their Support – You'll Be a Key Part Of Someone's Journey Towards Living Their Best Life. Here's What You'll Be Doing
Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holiday's, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
Respect & Dignity: Ensuring that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
Who you will be Supporting?
Experience supporting a person like me, an Autistic lady with mild Intellectual Developmental Disability, and some complex health needs, would be a strong advantage.
I am looking for calm, resilient Support Workers with a great sense of humour to join my team. You need to support me to lead the life I want and to encourage me to be gradually more and more skilled and confident. I do display behaviours that are physically challenging, so exposure to similar behaviours are essential.
Whilst I need a quiet and happy environment in my home, I like to do activities. I really enjoy shopping in the supermarket, but I like the simple things in life.
I would love for people to join my team who have the same interests. Being kind, dependable but also assertive to understand when I want to have my own space. I have autism and sometimes my behaviour can be challenging, but that should not stop me doing the things I love and leading an active life.
This is more than a job — it's a chance to empower someone to live life boldly and independently. As part of a close-knit team.
If you're compassionate, resilient, and ready to learn, this is your moment. It's hands-on, it's heart-led, and yes — it's brilliant.
