Overview
Bangor University School of Psychology and Sport Science is looking for a Research Project Support Officer (Impact and Media) (60% FTE) to join the Department of Psychology and support the CAL:ON Cymru project.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute media strategies for the CAL:ON Cymru project.
* Write and distribute press releases and social media content.
* Manage social media streams and respond to media inquiries.
* Develop and write impact case studies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education to degree standard (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in similar project support roles.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Additional Requirements
* Ability to communicate in Welsh.
* Subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
Employment Details
* Fixed term contract until 31 March 2028.
* Commences January 2026.
* Location: Bangor campus, with option for remote work within the UK under the Dynamic Working framework.
* Salary: Grade 6 (£30,805 – £37,174 p.a. pro‑rata).
