Responsibilities
* Supervising students during teacher absence, ensuring that they remain on task and engaged.
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
* Assisting with coursework, activities, and ensuring students are following lesson plans.
* Providing support to students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
* Upholding school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom.
What We're Looking For
* Strong Behaviour Management: Ability to maintain order and engage students in a structured environment.
* Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into different classrooms and handling varying lesson plans.
* Clear Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with students and staff alike.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is advantageous, but not essential.
