Salary: £50,000 plus £4,000-£5,000 service charge after probation

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant operation, ensuring service runs smoothly, guests receive an exceptional experience, and the front-of-house team are motivated, supported, and developed.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure consistently high service standards
6. Leading, mentoring, and developing the front-of-house team
7. Managing reservations, guest relations, and overall service flow
8. Working closely with the senior leadership and kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience
9. Maintaining excellent food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for wine and guest engagement
10. Driving service standards in line with a luxury hospitality environment
11. Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational efficiency
12. Ensuring health & safety and licensing compliance is consistently maintained
13. Upholding exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior front-of-house leader within a quality-led restaurant or luxury hotel environment. You will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a natural ability to build relationships with both guests and your team.
A strong understanding of food and wine, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.
