Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator located in Bradford. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and finalizing property transactions. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential buyers and sellers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the property market, and assisting in marketing properties.
Qualifications
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the local market and property laws
* Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
* Proficiency in using Alto 2 software and tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in property sales is a must
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region
