About the role
Are you a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with good technical skills in the dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Lifetime and Will Trusts, Probate and Administration of Estates?

Overall, this is a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who would relish and be excited by the opportunity to join a firm which is progressive and proactive working on behalf of HNW clients including developing significant and valued relationships by delivering an extraordinary level of service and solutions.
To apply, you should have the following skills and experience:
* At least three years post qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor
* Currently be working with a law firm which has a recognised Private Client practice
* Able to manage your own caseload including dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, the establishment and management of Lifetime and Will Trusts, Probate and Administration of Estates
* Knowledge and experience of advising in Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning is desirableBe able to supervise and support junior members of staff
In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to participate in business development and marketing.
