The company are a leading Financial Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. With over 10,000 customers, numerous awards and a reputation for quality, this scaling business is a place where you will find a career as opposed to another 'job'. Following significant investment they are currently scaling and looking for a Marketing Executive to join their existing marketing team.
They are looking for a high-energy, "can-do" Marketing generalist to join their growth marketing team. This is an all-rounder role suited to someone with 1+ years of general software/SaaS growth marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI, actively embraces emerging technologies, and brings a forward-thinking mindset to everything they do. You will work cross-functionally across customer engagement, content, events, and digital channels to help drive awareness, pipeline, and advocacy.
The role is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home (Mondays and Fridays). This scaling business has been seeing exceptional growth over the last 12 – 18 months. This role will allow you to be involved in a broad range of marketing activities with a view to progress within the marketing team in 12 – 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with posting and the management of digital marketing channels (social, email, web) as required, bringing a data-informed approach to performance and optimisation
* Reach out to customers to coordinate interviews and testimonials; conduct some of those conversations directly and manage the end-to-end process of capturing and publishing customer stories
* Assist with the delivery of setting up Hubspot sequences and set up of campaigns and landing pages
* Coordinate internally with Onboarding, Training, Product and other teams to align on and execute marketing activities and campaigns
* Coordinate vendors and manage logistics for events during the events season, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to on-site delivery
* Help coordinate with external content writers – briefing, reviewing and managing workflows to ensure timely, high-quality content output
* Champion the use of AI tools (eg. Claude and HubSpot breeze) across marketing workflows – proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and impact through emerging technology
* Use project management tools, be the subject matter expert and promote use throughout the team of key systems
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
* 1+ years in general growth marketing environment within a software/SaaS business, with exposure to multiple marketing disciplines
* Experience working project and task management system
* HubSpot knowledge for CRM and marketing automation – desirable
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable engaging directly with customers and external partners
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision
* Demonstrably well-versed in AI tools and technologies (e.g. generative AI for content, automation, research); proactively integrates AI into daily work and actively monitors developments in the space
* Forward-thinking and commercially aware, constantly looking for smarter, more scalable ways to deliver marketing outcomes
* High-energy, self-motivated and positive, a natural team player who takes ownership and brings a "can-do" attitude to every task
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently as a true marketing generalist across diverse activities
