QED Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer to join our well‑respected client in Chelmsford, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join a friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for over 2+ years.
The firm offers hybrid working, a bonus scheme, good progression, standard pension, and a supportive team.

* purchase
* leaseholds
* freeholds
* remortgages
* transfers of equity
Applicants who do not have experience in a couple of the above will still be considered, but please note that if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
