Business Development Manager | Carton Packaging | UK | Up to £80k OTE + Uncapped Commission

You will be responsible for:
* Developing new business opportunities within the retail, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sector.
* Targeting and converting UK brands into long-term packaging customers
* Working closely with internal teams to shape proposals, pricing and project delivery
* Building strong commercial relationships with decision makers across your territory
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets, reporting on pipeline and performance
Key attributes required:
* Proven track record in B2B new business sales within cartons packaging and manufacturing
* Strong lead generation and following abilities to drive new business growth
* In depth knowledge of retail, cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical markets
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to open doors and close deals
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and online
